What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Review whether the checkout process showed a completed submission or an unfinished step. Ask whether the seller can identify the order using the details available to you.
How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?
Review the fulfillment information for the exact offer you selected. Check that the order details needed for the chosen method are correct.
What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?
Summarize the unresolved question clearly rather than resending unrelated details. Retain any confirmed next step so you know what to expect afterward.
